dc.description.abstract The management of road communication network involves a wide range of areas including environment, economics, engineering, social development, safety, traffic management, and threat to sustainable systems, information technology and maximizing potential benefits of national asset. This research paper aim to carryout qualitative analysis of road asset management system (RAMs) with a view to identify the strength and weaknesses; also determine qualitative input of optimized performance and sustainability. Endeavors have been made to obtain qualitative analysis by interviewing concerned authorities, discerning asset management system and studying various projects on related specific. The analysis highlights the areas of improvement in the formulation of RAMs (National Highway Authority) like central data access system, risk management etc in order to enhance the stakeholder's interest and give a visualization of efficient, sustainable and cost effective measures on managerial key issues which are prerequisites for decision making in existing state and for the future prospects as well. en_US
