This Review summarizes our current state of knowledge of the functional role of TRPC channels in health and
disease, with particular emphasis on current advancements in the field. Additionally, this review provides an up-to-date summary of SKF-96365 acting on TRPC channels, and discusses strategies to further investigate the potential of these channels for therapeutic intervention.
