dc.description.abstract |
Identification of Meloidogyne species infecting cowpea roots under mixed cropping systems in Nigeria showed that M. javanica was the predominant species in the savannah zone, and M. incognita races 1 and 2 were the dominant biotypes encountered in the mangrove and rainforest zones. Mixed cropping systems per se had little quantifiable effect on incidence or population density of given species. |
