Abstract:
Use of biocontrol agents viz., Verticillium chlamydosporium, Paecilomyces lilacinus, Talaromyces flavus and Bradyrhizobium japonicum significantly (p<0.05) reduced root-knot infection on chickpea. Significant reduction in fall formation was produced were V. chlamydosporium was used with B. japonicum. Greater increase in fresh weight of shoot was observed where T. flavus was used with B. japonicum followed by the use of B. japonicum alone or with P. lilacinus. Use of P. lilacinus alone or T. flavus with B. japonicumalso significantly
(p<0.05) increased plant height.
